Any pricing, quotation, or agreement provided by the 360 Windows PTY LTD that is based on, or benefits from, an anti-dumping tariff exemption, suspension, reduction, or similar relief is strictly conditional upon the continued availability and applicability of such exemption at the time of importation.

In the event that an anti-dumping tariff exemption is withdrawn, amended, revoked, expires, or is determined by any relevant authority to be inapplicable—whether before or after the date of order confirmation—the Company reserves the right to:

(a) adjust the price of the affected goods to reflect any applicable anti-dumping duties, tariffs, or related charges; and/or
(b) pass on any additional costs, duties, penalties, or charges imposed by customs or regulatory authorities to the Customer; and/or
(c) cancel or suspend the affected order without liability, upon written notice to the Customer.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or additional cost arising from changes to anti-dumping tariffs or exemptions beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
